Aaron Center is a premium out-patient counseling practice, supporting adults, families, children, young adults, and elderly, in their quest for emotional health, well being, and balance.  

Open position requires initial contact with individuals seeking services,  and would be the customer service representive to potential consumers. Superior problem solving and listening skills are necessary to assist callers with their needs, as well as insuring current Aaron Center consumers are properly scheduled for appointments.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. graduation or successful completion of a Medical Tech Program, Medical Tech Certificate, or Licensure. Current CPR Certification. In addition, 1 to 2 years of experience in a Medical Office, Practice, or Internship. 

The Medical Tech would be a Medical Team Member, and would assist with the collection of consumer information, in order to provide services. Reports to Medical Team, including;  the Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practioner, as well as the Clinical Director. 

Essentional Functions: Complete the patient check-in form, (including brief history), record vital signs, note medications, manage phone calls from consumers, pharmacies and other medical agencies, complete prior authorizations for medications, complete Prescription Drug Monitoring Program query with individuals seeking services, complete other medical team requests that support the success and function of the medical team.

Part Time Hours:  Monday and Thursday 3PM to 6 PM, and Friday 2PM to 5 PM.

This is an "Independent Contracting" position.

Therapist to support critical, chronic, and at-risk population(s), in our Mental Health Department. Our goal is: to stabilize, improve, or manage a level of functioning of individuals seeking services through treatment, assessmemt, and coordination of medical and outpatient care, to decrease or remit out of home placements and hospitalizations. 

Responsibilities and duties: 

Clinical: Individual Therapy. 

Administrative: Documentation of progress notes, and daily records of services.

Qualifications and skills: Master Degree... Skills in: Evaluation/Assessment, Individual Therapy, Crisis Management, Service Referral, Coordination Of Care, and Documentation. Prior experience with in-patient mental health, residential treatment, community residential rehabilitation, transitional living, some treatment family functional therapy, multi-systematic therapy, or chronic/chrisis-centered service settings. Case management skills also beneficial but not a requirement.

Business Hours   Monday through Thursday 9AM to 8:30 PM, Friday 9AM to 3PM, and Saturday 9AM to 2PM. Evening hours/appointments with this position.  Saturdays as needed.
